Each team member supports the other in their work. Although positions are designated to team members, there is no specific task that a member is bound to. A person handling admissions can also help a person dealing with catering for instance.
UNITY
When Working as a team. Ideas clash. Arguments arise. Challenges are faced. Obstacles are dealt with. This requires sacrifice and perseverance as well as strong mutual understanding so that each member pulls their comrades towards success rather than take a lone path.
COMMINICATION
Communication can make or break a brand. And with certain confidence, we can say that our efforts in communication have very well worked the way they were planned, spreading our message not only within the school but in places are far as USA.
EXPERTISE
Each And every member is given positions based on their abilities, in other words their expertise. Despite Sharing of tasks in every field by every member, each member must be the strongest in their given position able to handle difficult tasks as well as do their job with absolute professionalism and focus.
TEAM WORK
Getting together and working as a team can be a challenge specially seeing the wide variety of mindsets being put together to work as a well oiled machine. These sort of scenarios where one decision can affect the efficiency and progress of a whole body require maximum focus and very intelligent decision making as well as experience. Qualities non of our members lack.
PRIORITIZATION
Dealing with events such as an MUN involves a lot of background work. Tasks that have subtasks and so on. This leaves behind a lot to be done and within this pile, some tasks are heavier and more important than the others. We make sure the crucial tasks are handled first and handled with assurity before moving down to smaller tasks. In this way our slate is cleaned before the event to make sure that the experience is just as we planned it to be.
Steps in Our Works
Our process on creating awesome projects.1. CONCEPT
In team meetings and through online group interaction, concepts and ideas are placed for a vote, deciding whether or not the concept be taken forward.
2. ANALYSIS
The concept is then checked for i) being realistic ii) being effective iii) being achievable If all three check out, then it is passed onto the next stage.
3. PROCESSING
The concept is then brought into reality through the work of team members. This step is the hardest and most time taking out of all.
4. FINALIZE
After being processed, the product is presented to the management for approval. If approved, the product is put on display or put into action.
